Winter Solstice Ceremony

Connect to Stillness

As the earth moves through its cycles, so do we.

Winter comes an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and embrace the stillness.

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year and the turning point where, from here, the light begins to return. It is a threshold between darkness and light - a moment to pause, reflect on the year that has passed, and gently plant seeds for what is yet to come.

We’ll gather in the quiet energy of the solstice with ceremonial cacao, medicine songs, yin yoga and live sound healing.

Through slow, nourishing movement and longer-held yin postures, we’ll soften into the body and create space for turning inward, reflection and stillness. Cacao will offer warmth and connection, while song and sound invite us to listen beyond the busy mind and into something deeper.

A time to rest, receive, breathe and be held in community during the darkest point of the year.

A space to honour the darkness without fearing it, to welcome the returning light, and to listen for the quiet seeds of intention beginning to stir within.
