Sacred Breath Sacred Sound

Nurture Your Wellbeing & Support Indigenous Healers

Join Emma & Anne-Marie for a deeply nourishing Breathwork & Sound Healing journey - a space to soften, release, and come home to yourself.

We begin by laying down in comfort as your are guided you into conscious breathwork - allowing layers of tension to melt away, stuck emotions to shift, and space to open within. As the breath deepens, your nervous systems unwinds, and you can begin to increase your sense of clarity, peace, and aliveness.

You’ll be soothed by a live sound journey - voice, song, guitar, bowls, drum and more - taking you into a place of deep rest, where the body can restore and the mind can soften.

What is Breathwork?

This session is basically a guided way to help your body and mind unwind - using two tools you already have access to: your breath, and sound.

At its simplest, you’ll lie down, breathe in a structured way, and listen to recorded and live music. That combination can help you relax deeply, clear your head, and feel more connected to yourself.

At a deeper level, there’s a bit more going on.

Breathwork just means paying attention to your breathing and changing it slightly on purpose.

Your breath is directly linked to how you feel. Slow, steady breathing tells your body you’re safe, which helps reduce stress and tension.

Conscious breathing patterns can influence the autonomic nervous system - shifting you out of “fight or flight” and into a parasympathetic state (rest and repair). This can also bring suppressed emotions or physical tension to the surface so they can move and release - supporting you to free yourself from unhelpful patterns.

What is Sound Healing?

Everything is frequency and vibration, and sound healing is a direct pathway back to harmony.

Sound healing uses soothing frequencies from a variety of instruments to gently guide the body and mind back into balance, helping the nervous system unwind and inviting deep relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of wholeness.

Scientifically, sound works by influencing brainwave activity and the autonomic nervous system, supporting a shift into parasympathetic states associated with rest, repair, and reduced stress response.

At a molecular level, every living being and physical object carries its own natural vibration. Stress, emotional overwhelm, illness, and the pace of modern life can disrupt these rhythms, creating disharmony within the body and mind. Sound healing helps restore coherence by introducing calming frequencies that encourage the system to re-attune to a more balanced and harmonious state.

As you rest within these frequencies, the system softens and resets, creating space for clarity, ease, and renewal.

What the experience is like:

You’ll be lying down whilst being guided through breathing, with recorded music and live sound layered in.

It can feel like a deep relaxation session - somewhere between meditation and a really immersive music experience.

It’s a space where altered states of awareness can arise - heightened body sensitivity, emotional release, or a sense of clarity and integration.

What it's really aiming to do:

At its core, this kind of session is about helping your system reset.

  • Let go of built-up stress or emotional tension

  • Soothe the nervous system

  • Create mental clarity

  • Help you feel more “back in yourself”

Some people just feel relaxed afterwards. Others might process emotions or have deeper internal experiences. Both are completely normal.

This is a space to let go of what you’ve been carrying…
to reconnect with your heart…
and to remember the peace and joy that lives within you.

Supporting a Greater Cause!

All proceeds support indigenous healers Maná and Ratsuhá Madhá in the Amazon, Brazil — offering vital care, healing, and safe births in remote communities.

As floods worsen, they urgently need a safe boat to continue their life-giving work.

By joining, donating, or sharing, you are directly supporting lives, families, and the preservation of ancestral knowledge and midwifery traditions — helping ensure their wisdom can continue to be carried forward and passed on to future generations.
