Sacred Breath Sacred Sound
Nurture Your Wellbeing & Support Indigenous Healers
Join Emma & Anne-Marie at the new moon for a deeply nourishing Breathwork & Sound Healing journey - a space to soften, release, and come home to yourself.
We begin by gently opening the voice - awakening expression, shifting emotion, and reconnecting you to the truth of how you feel. Through simple sound and song, you’ll be invited to open, uplift, and reconnect with your heart.
From here, you’ll be guided into conscious breathwork - allowing layers of tension to melt away, stuck emotions to shift, and space to open within. As the breath deepens, so can your sense of clarity, peace, and aliveness.
You’ll be carried by live sound - voice, guitar, bowls, drum and more - into a place of deep rest, where the body can restore and the mind can soften.
What is Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful way to reconnect with yourself.
By consciously working with the breath, you can gently release what’s been held in the body, regulate your nervous system, and shift your inner state.
The breath meets you where you are, and guides you back to balance.
What is Sound Healing
Everything is frequency and vibration, and sound healing is a direct pathway back to harmony.
Sound healing uses soothing frequencies from a variety of instruments to gently guide the body and mind back into balance, helping the nervous system unwind and inviting deep relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of wholeness.
Scientifically, sound works by influencing brainwave activity and the autonomic nervous system, supporting a shift into parasympathetic states associated with rest, repair, and reduced stress response.
As you rest within these frequencies, the system softens and resets, creating space for clarity, ease, and renewal.
This is a space to let go of what you’ve been carrying - physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually.
To reconnect with your heart,
and to remember the peace and joy that lives within you.
Supporting a Greater Cause
All proceeds support indigenous healers Maná and Ratsuhá Madhá in the Amazon, Brazil - offering vital care and safe births in remote communities.
As floods worsen, they urgently need a safe boat to continue their life-giving work.
By joining, donating or sharing, you are directly supporting lives, families, and a lineage of deep healing.
