Indigenous Project
Help important Amazon healers get a safe boat to reach remote communities,
deliver care, and protect lives. Urgent and life-saving mission.

Who are they?
There are two extraordinary souls, Maná and Ratsuhá, living and working in the heart of the Amazon in Brazil. They are not only healers, but guardians of life itself. Through their compassion, wisdom, and sacred knowledge, they have safely guided new life into this world, and helped bring healing to thousands, including myself, and for people I personally know and love.

They are in high demand and also take care of their own family - including 50 grandchildren.
There are no hospitals.
No government support.
Maná Madhá
Pajé
Maná, known among his people as “Santo” (Saint), carries a rare and profound lineage of traditional training, knowledge that very few shamans (pajés) still hold today. His mastery of plant medicine and spiritual healing is extraordinary. He is known to work on both the physical and spiritual levels, even to the extent of drawing illness from the body and materialising it, releasing it in tangible form. He is, in every sense, a complete healer.

Ratsuhá Madhá
Ratsuhá, his partner in both life and service, is equally remarkable. A birth specialist who has attended approximately 2,800 births, she carries immense wisdom in both midwifery and plant medicine. Together, they serve their community and beyond with devotion, humility, and deep ancestral knowledge rooted in the Madhá tradition.

What do they need?
Right now, they are in urgent need of support.

To continue their vital work; reaching remote communities, delivering healing, and ensuring safe births, they need a reliable, larger, and faster boat. The one they currently have is not only insufficient, but repeatedly stolen, and dangerously vulnerable. Fuel is being misused, and the small size of the boat leaves them exposed to very real dangers, including wildlife such as anacondas entering the vessel. They have frequent floods and these snakes mostly live in the water.

This is not just a matter of convenience; it is about safety, continuity of care, and the preservation of sacred knowledge and service that impacts countless lives.

How can you support?
I ask you, from a place of deep respect and sincerity:
if this message moves you in any way, please consider offering your support, sharing this campaign, or helping in any way you can. Even the smallest action can ripple outward in ways we may never fully see.

I will also be collaborating with some amazing people to share some concerts, ceremonies, yoga series & more to raise funds. Watch this space & join the newsletter to keep updated!

Let us come together to protect and uplift those who dedicate their lives to healing others.
With deep gratitude and humility,

"I’ve had the privilege of meeting them in Scotland and experiencing their healing presence firsthand. Their work is deeply needed and cannot be replaced by mainstream healthcare. Thank you for creating this crowdfunder and bringing their situation to wider attention."
