Fluid Nature

Cacao, Dance & Sound Healing

We are not separate from nature. As the earth shifts through the seasons, so do we, moving through cycles of growth, release, rest and renewal.

Autumn invites us to slow down, shed what is no longer needed, and turn inward as the natural world prepares for winter.

We will gather at the Hunter’s Moon, the first Full Moon following the Harvest Moon. Traditionally connected with the changing season and preparing for the darker months ahead. We’ll create an uplifting and nurturing space to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself, your body and your energy.

Through ceremonial cacao, mindful movement, intuitive dance, medicine songs and live sound healing, you’ll be invited to release tension, quiet the mind, soften the body and let go of what you no longer need to carry.

Move freely, breathe deeply, express without expectation and allow rhythm, voice and sound to support whatever is ready to shift.

This is a space to release stagnant energy, reconnect with your body, uplift your spirit and create a greater sense of clarity, lightness, ease, and deep relaxation.

Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded, energised and connected.

An space to let go, breathe, move, feel and simply be.
