Where & When
Nourishing Cacao & Rose Ceremony
Medicine Songs, Forrest Yoga & Sound Healing
Sunday 30th August 10:30am -2pm
At The Guide Hall, Linlithgow
Fundraiser- all proceeds go to Indigenous Project!
As summer gives way to autumn, we gather at this seasonal threshold to pause, reflect, and reconnect.
Through Forrest Yoga (beginner friendly), ceremonial cacao, medicine songs, and sound healing, we’ll create space to release tension, open the heart, and reconnect with our inner wisdom. Together, we’ll honour what has grown, celebrate what we’re grateful for, and gently let go of what no longer serves us.
There is nothing to achieve.....simply space to breathe, move, sing, and be held in community. Leave feeling grounded, nourished, and aligned for the season ahead.
Supporting the Apurinã People
I’ll be bringing a small collection of handmade necklaces created by the Apurinã people, an Indigenous community from the Brazilian Amazon. Purchases provide fair income directly to the artisans and help support their communities and cultural traditions. Feel free to bring some cash if you’d like to explore the collection.
Book via crowdfunder page.
