In this workshop you will be introduced to the beautiful healing frequencies of these instruments!

Come along if you want to learn how to use singing bowls to support your wellbeing, and a way to help others relax.

Whether that's as a yogi, meditator, musician, parent, support worker, healer, therapist or someone who wants to explore a new way to relieve stress for themselves, friends or family.

This workshop is a starting point for learning how to use sound for healing.

a way that creates a deeply healing effect.

You Will Need:​
​

1-3 Himalayan (metal) and/ or Crystal Singing bowls with their wands & cushions.
Please get in touch in advance if you need any recommendations on where to get one. It's best if you have your own, but if you are struggling or don't have one in time, you can use mine- but please let me know so I have enough for everyone.​

Water in a reusable non-plastic bottle
(plastic like volvic or highland spring can "pop" & be disturbing)
​

Yoga mat & cushions
(so you are comfortable on the floor- chairs provided if necessary)​
​

Wear loose, comfortable, layered clothing so you are warm
​​
-
Waterproof Shoes & Coat for going outside
(waterproof trousers if raining a lot)

A notepad & some pens
You will receive a Certificate of Attendance at the end of this course.
