Our 26th October Cacao Ceremony will feature Alec Cooper on Sitar!

Alec is a sitar player, teacher and researcher, and co-director of theSitarproject (a community based group promoting Indian classical music across Scotland).

As well as playing sitar during our sound journey, he will be leading us in an exploration of Indian singing as a means of developing inner states of peace and wellbeing.

Join us for a morning of heart-led singing and sound - for singers & non-singers alike!

This gathering is about flow, allowing the songs to uplift us and inviting moments of silence and resonance between them. Together, we’ll sing to soften the mind, open the heart, and reconnect with the natural rhythm of the body.

Singing in community helps us drop out of our thoughts and into presence, calming the nervous system, lifting our spirits, and reminding us of our shared harmony.

We’ll close with a gentle Sound Healing to deeply relax and integrate.

Afterwards, you’re welcome to stay for a warm cuppa and shared connection.

Our Cacao Ceremonies can include:

  • Sound Healing

  • Qi Gong or Forrest Yoga

  • Meditation
  • Ceremonial Cacao or Chai - click for more info
  • And much more!

We will finish with sharing & snacks!
