Community Wellbeing Circles

Circles restore something ancient that modern life quietly erodes: the felt sense of being seen, heard, and held in our full humanity. In a society that pulls us into noise, comparison, and isolation, the circle invites us back into presence, where voice is not performed but revealed, where listening is not waiting but receiving, and where healing happens not in separation but in shared truth. It softens the illusion that we must do it all alone and reminds us, viscerally, that wisdom is collective, that our stories matter, and that belonging is not something we earn but something we remember together.

"Circles have been the ground where I remembered who I am, where I found my voice, learned to truly listen, to sing, to soften, and to heal in the presence of others walking their own path. In a society that taught me to do it alone, the circle showed me the power of shared space, how being witnessed dissolves isolation and awakens something deeper than words. It’s through these experiences that I now offer what has moved through me; healing plant medicines, medicine songs, yoga, qi gong, sound healing, and more - not as practices to fix, but as invitations to return, to reconnect, and to remember that healing was never meant to happen in isolation, but in community." ~ Emma
Join Emma, Callum & friends for an uplifting gathering sharing a range of wellbeing practices.
A compassionately held space for deepening our connection with ourselves as well as community.
These practices support us to elevate our emotions, release pent up stress, & deeply relax & restore.
The content & flow of each circle will depend on the group, cycles & seasons.
