The Event

Join Callum & Emma for a blissful evening of nourishing movement & deep relaxation.

Forrest yoga teaches us about the ways we unnecessarily create tension in our body & how we can begin to release it with awareness.

 

Learn to move with greater ease as you cultivate strength, healing & relaxation in body & mind.

​

During savasana (last yoga posture- laying down) you will have a long rest where you can unwind into a profound state of stillness with the healing vibrations from live musical instruments such as singing bowls & soothing vocals.


Sound healing is proven to reduce anxiety &

promote healing on many levels!

A space for you to feel strong, supported, held & relaxed.

​

SUITABLE FOR ALL YOGA LEVELS

 

What to bring

​

  • a yoga mat

  • water in a reusable bottle

(not plastic as they can "pop" & be disturbing)

  • a yoga strap & block (if you have them)
