Forrest Yoga & Sound Healing

5 Week Series for those new to Forrest Yoga

Join Emma for a Forrest Yoga practice to nourish your body, reconnect with yourself, and deeply relax.

Each class ends with a relaxing sound journey with live music for deeper rest.

Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced.

Forrest Yoga, created by Ana Forrest, strengthens the body, reduces tension, and promotes awareness through conscious breathing and movement.

Over 5 weeks, you'll learn the foundational yoga postures, alignment, and breathing practices.


Benefits include increased flexibility, core strength, joint mobility, balance, focus, relaxation,

and improved sleep.

Emma’s classes emphasise self-kindness and offer options for all levels, ensuring you can listen to your body's needs.

Each class concludes with Sound Healing, using instruments such as singing bowls, flutes, chimes, guitar, and soothing vocals to guide you into peaceful bliss.

What to bring

*a yoga mat

*water in a reusable bottle

(not disposable plastic like "highland spring / volvic / evian" etc as they can "pop" & be disturbing)

*wear warm, layered clothing suitable for yoga (include warm socks & a jumper)

Parking on street or in car park at all venues.

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early to get set up.

Late arrivals of more than 5 minutes will not be able to enter as the class will have started.
