Join Emma for a Forrest Yoga practice to nourish your body, boost your immune system & reconnect with yourself.
This will be followed by a relaxing sound journey with live music to support deeper healing & rest your mind.
SUITABLE FOR YOGA & FORREST YOGA BEGINNERS ~ ADVANCED LEVEL
The yoga practice will have a focus on Pranayama (breath regulation) and long held Asana (yoga postures) to help us to slow down & calm our nervous system, as well as strengthen & lengthen the muscles.
The sound journey is during Savasana (final yoga posture- laying down to rest).
Emma will guide a meditation as well as play a range of musical instruments such as singing bowls, guitar, gong, & voice to soothe your mind & help you deeply relax.
WHAT TO BRING:
*a yoga mat
* a yoga strap (if you have one)
*water in a non plastic bottle (plastic can "pop" & be disturbing)
*wear warm, layered clothing suitable for yoga (socks & a jumper)
