The Event

NEW LONGER CLASS!

(1.5 hrs instead of 1 hr)

Join Emma for a slow & gentle Forrest Yoga practice to nourish your body, followed by a relaxing sound journey with live music to rest your mind.

 

SUITABLE FOR YOGA BEGINNERS

 

The yoga practice will have a focus on Pranayama (breath regulation) and long held Asana (yoga postures) to help us to slow down & calm our nervous system, as well as strengthen and lengthen the muscles.

The sound journey is during Savasana (final yoga posture- laying down to rest).

Emma will play a range of musical instruments such as singing bowls, guitar & voice to soothe your mind & help you deeply relax.

 

What to bring: 

*a yoga mat

*yoga blocks and a strap (if you have them)

*water in a non plastic bottle (plastic can "pop" & be disturbing)

*wear warm, layered clothing suitable for yoga
