PLEASE NOTE: You must book your classes in advance to secure your space. An energising Forrest Yoga class to leave you feeling revitalised, grounded and clear. We finish with a calming sound journey to soothe your nervous system and prepare you for the day ahead. After class, enjoy a warming cup of chai and home baking. What to Bring: Yoga mat Rolled up blanket Reusable water bottle - avoid plastic Warm, layered clothing - including socks & jumper Location & Time: Guide Hall, Dog Well Wynd, Linlithgow EH49 7EH Fortnightly Wednesdays 9:30am - 11am There is free parking in the big car park in front of the loch or for up to 2 hours at local supermarket. No parket at Dog Well Wynd. Notes: Arrive no more than 5 minutes early. Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes) will not be admitted. 5 Class Pass: By making this payment, you are committing to attend each class in either Bridgend or Linlithgow for 5 classes in a row / 5 consecutive weeks from the start date (or every 2 weeks if a fortnightly class). Please note that if you miss a class, your booking for that session will be forfeited. Full Members: Please make sure you book your classes in advance to secure your space. To ensure a smooth experience, kindly arrive no more than 5 minutes before the class begins. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, the class will have already started, and the doors will be locked, meaning you will unfortunately lose that session. In return, I promise to be punctual and fully committed to attending each class alongside you.
