Service Description

You must book your classes in advance to secure your space. Relaxation requires intentional practice in our fast-paced world. Constant stress keeps us on high alert, so learning to relax through techniques like deep breathing, mindfulness, or progressive muscle relaxation is essential. Practices such as Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing also offer deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra guides individuals into a state of calm between wakefulness and sleep, promoting mental clarity, while Sound Healing uses soothing vibrations from instruments like singing bowls and flutes to reduce stress and restore balance. By practicing these methods regularly, we train our bodies to enter a state of calm more easily, enhancing overall well-being. Join us for a rejuvenating session combining pranayama (breathwork), a guided meditation including Yoga Nidra for profound rest, and a relaxing Sound Healing journey to release tension and foster inner peace. Instruments like singing bowls, flutes, chimes, guitar, and soothing vocals will guide you to peaceful bliss. What to Bring: *Yoga mat *Water in a reusable bottle (not plastic e.g. volvic) *Cushions for head & under knees *Warm, soft, layered clothing and a blanket (including warm socks and a jumper) Location & Time: *Bridgend Community Centre, Auldhill Rd, Bridgend, Linlithgow EH49 6PD Fridays, 7pm-8:15pm Parking: Free car park or on-street parking. Notes: Doors open at 6:55pm. Please arrive then to get set up. Doors lock at 7:05pm. 5 Class Pass: By making this payment, you are committing to attend each class in either Bridgend or Linlithgow for 5 classes in a row / 5 consecutive weeks from the start date. Please note that if you miss a class, your booking for that session will be forfeited. Full Members: Please make sure you book your classes in advance to secure your space. To ensure a smooth experience, kindly arrive no more than 5 minutes before the class begins. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, the class will have already started, and the doors will be locked, meaning you will unfortunately lose that session. In return, I promise to be punctual and fully committed to attending each class alongside you.
