Join Emma for a deeply rejuvenating Forrest Yoga practice designed to enhance posture, increase
self-awareness, and promote lasting relaxation.
Open to all levels, Forrest Yoga—developed by Ana Forrest—is a modern evolution of traditional Hatha, thoughtfully adapted for the needs of today’s bodies and minds. This powerful practice builds strength, releases tension, and cultivates mindfulness through breath and purposeful movement.

You'll learn the foundational moves of Forrest Yoga, designed to address common postural imbalances whilst helping you develop a grounded, present mind. With regular practice, you can expect improved flexibility, core strength, balance, mental clarity, deeper relaxation, and a more restful sleep.
​
Sessions are 90 minutes and end with a soothing Sound Journey, featuring calming instruments like singing bowls and flutes to gently guide you into a state of deep rest and inner stillness.

Emma creates a compassionate, inclusive space where each student is supported and encouraged to connect with their body and inner wisdom through yoga.
