The Event

Join Emma for a Group Forrest Yoga practice to nourish your body.

 

SUITABLE FOR YOGA & FORREST YOGA BEGINNERS - ALL LEVELS

 

The yoga practice will have a focus on Pranayama (breath regulation) and long held Asana (yoga postures) to help us to slow down & calm our nervous system, as well as strengthen and lengthen the muscles.

​

What to bring: 

​

*a yoga mat

*a yoga strap (if you have one)

*water in a reusable, non-plastic bottle

*wear warm, layered clothing suitable for yoga

 

Time & place:

 

Fortnightly Fridays 11:30-1pm
